Raffle Terms & Conditions - Chapters of Sleep

These terms apply to the Sleep Ticket Raffle operated by Hotel Sensuelle Studio.

Eligibility
Participants must be 18+ and legally permitted to enter raffles in their region.

Tickets
• Price: £15 per ticket
• Each ticket = one entry
• Tickets are non-refundable unless the raffle is cancelled

Draw Date
• Winner selected on 17 December 2025
• We may adjust the date if needed and will notify publicly if we do

Winner Selection & Notification
• Winner chosen at random from valid entries
• Contacted via the email provided at checkout
• If no reply within 7 days, another winner may be selected

Shipping
• Only winners pay shipping
• UK: £5 tracked
• Worldwide: billed based on destination
• Customs/import duties are the responsibility of the winner
• Delivery arranged after shipping payment received

Nature of Work
• Garments are handmade, intentionally distressed, and may show unique variations
• Each Chapter is a one-of-one original

Data & Privacy
• Personal data used only to administer the raffle and shipping
• Handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy

Cancellation
• If a raffle is cancelled, all ticket payments for that Chapter will be refunded
