All orders are dispatched from our studio in London.
Many of our products are produced in limited quantities or made to order. Please refer to the estimated dispatch timeframe provided on each product page before placing your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation where applicable.
Delivery estimates are provided as guidance only. While we aim to dispatch every order promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery times once parcels have left our studio.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or additional fees required by their destination country.

Due to the limited and often made-to-order nature of our releases, all sales are considered final.
We are therefore unable to accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing or accidental purchases.

Due to the nature of these editions, slight variations in colour, finish and construction may occur and are considered part of the character of each piece.
Product imagery is intended to represent each item as accurately as possible, although colours may vary between screens.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order until it has been dispatched.
Hotel Sensuelle Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, stock discrepancies or suspected fraudulent activity. Any payment received will be refunded in full.
